Cancellation Policy

Wherever you are in the world, we offer a 14 day cooling off period. You may from the date you receive a product from us, cancel your contract but it has to be within 14 days and receive a full refund.

How to cancel your contract

Please send us an email to mail@frederickandfischer.com and include the following details

I/We hereby give notice that I/We withdraw from my/our contract of sale of the following goods

—	Address of consumer(s),

—	Signature of consumer(s) (only if this form is notified on paper),

You must send the goods back within 14 days of informing us that you have changed your mind.

The customer is responsible for the cost of the postage for the returning of the product.

Getting a refund

We will reimburse you within 14 days of receiving your notification to cancel your order. There may however, be a delay if we have not received the product. We will reimburse the amount to the payment method that was used, and we will pay for shipping costs that you paid to recieve the product.
